2022 HOA Assessment

Please be advised that the Board of Directors changed the HOA assessment frequency to semi annual instead of annual. The assessment for the community is $576 and the statement that you will receive for your 2022 assessment, due January 1st, will be in the amount of $288. Please note, at your discretion, you may pay your assessment in full in January.
