Spring Neighborhood Reminders

Now that Spring is here, please remember that as we are all outside more often these days, it is up to us to do our part to keep our community clean, pleasant, and safe for our fellow neighbors.

A Few Points to Keep In Mind:

1. Pets should always be on a leash while in public areas and cleanup of pet waste should be immediate.
2. Please drive safely through the community. Children should also be reminded to watch for traffic.
3. Music, conversations, gatherings, and play should be kept to appropriate noise levels at all times, but especially during the community quiet hours. (typically between 10:00PM - 7:00AM)
4. Exteriors of homes and yards should be kept clean and free of debris and miscellaneous items.
5. Remember to submit an acc request form for any exterior modification made to the home as well as landscape projects.
6. Trash cans should be stored out of view on non trash day. Please do not store the trash cans in front of the garage.
