Greetings Homeowners:

Just a quick reminder on the current HOA garbage/trash can guidelines.

“Except for garbage pick-up days, all garbage containers shall be placed so as not to be visible from the street. The Property shall not be used as a dumping ground for rubbish, trash, garbage or waste.”

All trash, garbage or other waste shall be disposed of in accordance with the applicable rules of the County in its collection procedures.
