Friendly Reminders

Just a few friendly reminders for the community. The following reminders can help us all be better neighbors!

1. Parking: Please be mindful of our street parking rules for The Estates of Garden Valley. Recently there has been an increase of parking on the street within the community. Please be aware residents are encouraged to park in the garage or on their driveways whenever possible. Parking on the street should be for guests, visitors and deliveries. If you do have to park on the street for a short period of time, please make sure you obey traffic rules and do not block mailboxes.

2. Driving: The roads in our community abide by the same standards as the roads outside of it. This is for all of our safety. While driving through the community please drive no more than 25 mph.

3. Pets: Local pet ordinances require pet owners to properly dispose of pet droppings. Please be respectful and clean up all areas including sidewalks/walkways, vacant lots, common areas and individuals property. Pets need be leashed and under control at all times. Dog waste is more than just a smelly and unsightly mess. It’s also a breeding ground for infection. Bacteria, worms and other parasites thrive in the waste until it’s cleaned up or washed into the water supply. Although this may not be a pleasant chore, it is the responsibility of a pet owner.
